Hardy Plant Guarantee

Guaranteed to grow, for five years

At Birkacre we believe quality is of the upmost importance, this is why we guarantee all our hardy plants for five years, if planted and cared for correctly.

Five year Tag

If your hardy plant fails to grow and thrive within 5 years, after you have planted it correctly, watered it frequently and followed the care instructions, we will happily replace it with the same or acceptable similar plant completely free of charge. We will however require you to return the plant, original till receipt and variety label.

Your receipt is your guarantee. We cannot, be held responsible for failure of plants in abnormal weather conditions or for damage sustained during building works or other incidents. * By HARDY plants we mean those outdoor plants, such as trees, shrubs, climbers and conifers. This does not affect your statutory rights.
