We may collect, store and use the following kinds of personal information:

  1. When you shop with us online or browse our website, we may collect:

    1. Transaction information, including the in-store and online purchases you earn Reward Card points for and how you use your Reward Card coupons and vouchers within Birkacre Garden Centre, and

  5. Before you disclose to us the personal information of another person, you must obtain that person's consent to both the disclosure and the processing of that personal information in accordance with this policy.
  6. CCTV & Surveillance cameras

    CCTV recordings are made throughout the garden centre and customer, supplier & employee images will be captured whilst on the premises. We do display signage in-store to let all visitors know they are being recorded. By entering the garden centre visitors are consenting to their image & also their Vehicle registration numbers to be captured.

    Our CCTV system and the images produced by it are controlled by our garden centre managers who are responsible for how the system is used.

    We have considered the need for using CCTV and have decided it is required for the prevention and detection of crime and for protecting the safety of customers. It will not be used for other purposes.

      12. deal with enquiries and complaints made by or about you relating to our website, reward card scheme or business;
