Specialising in home cooking & baking the restaurant provides delicious breakfasts, lunches & afternoon teas. With inside & outside dining this is the ideal place to relax after a spot of shopping. Larger parties & Coach Parties welcome by prior arrangement.

Online Booking

Please note that we reserve a number of tables specifically for walk in customers (i.e. those without a booking). Therefore, if there are no bookings available on our booking system, do not worry, there will still be tables available. Tables are allocated on a first come first serve basis. If the restaurant is full, buzzers will be handed out. These can be carried around the garden centre so that customers can browse the centre whilst they wait for their table to become available. 

To book afternoon tea please ring the restaurant on 01257 270473. We are not able to take bookings online for afternoon teas as we need prior notice & detail of any dietary requirements. Please phone the restaurant on 01257 270473 to make an Afternoon Tea reservation, a £5 per person deposit will be required to secure you booking. Afternoon Teas are served daily at 2pm & 2.30pm.

We welcome dogs in the restaurant however this is restricted to just 3 tables in one dog friendly area. We strongly advice you book to avoid disappointment if you plan on bringing a dog. These tables cannot be booked on-line due to limited availability- please phone the restaurant on 01257 270473 to book a dog friendly table.

Restaurant opening hours: Monday to Saturday 9:00am to 4pm & Sunday 9.30am to 4.00pm (breakfast served until 11am- Light Lunch served from 11am until 3pm- Lunch served from 12pm- 3pm)

During the Christmas season our restaurant is open until 7pm on Wednesday & Thursday evenings.

Birkacre Afternoon teas also available priced at £15.95 each (24 hours booking required)
