The festive menu will be available from Wednesday 7th October. Indulge in Christmas classics plus a few festive fancies. Book now to avoid disappointment.
Christmas Menu includes:
- Deep-filled turkey and stuffing barmcake, served with a pot of cranberry sauce and a basket of chunky chips.
- Peppercorn rump steak and onion baguette, served with chunky chips and salad garnish.
- Pie of the day, served with a choice of buttery new potatoes or chunky chips, carrots, garden peas, and lashings of rich, homemade gravy.
Specialising in home cooking & baking, Birkacre Restaurant offers delicious breakfasts, lunches, and light bites. Fancy a sweet treat to break up your shopping trip? Enjoy barista-brewed Crema coffee and freshly baked cakes, lovingly made by our resident baker, Julie. The restaurant offers indoor and outdoor dining, seating up to 120 guests; patrons can choose between the warm, modern indoor barn, with floor-to-ceiling glass doors and exposed wooden beams, or the rustic outdoor cabins set within the manicured gardens, making this the ideal place to relax after a spot of shopping.
Online Booking
The restaurant is busy most days; we advise reserving a table in advance to avoid disappointment. We hold a small selection of tables for walk-in customers, which are available on a first-come, first-served basis. If the restaurant is full, we will always try to accommodate guests. We offer a buzzer system for walk-in customers who are waiting for a table to become available; customers are free to browse the garden centre and will be buzzed when their table is ready.
Reservation by phone
Birkacre Restaurant is dog-friendly, with a designated area for people with pooches. We strongly advise reserving a table to avoid disappointment if you plan on bringing your pet. These tables cannot be booked online due to limited availability; please phone the restaurant to book a dog-friendly table.
Larger parties, including coach parties, are welcome; please phone the restaurant to book.

Sunday - 9:30 to 16:00
Breakfast served until 11:00
Lunch served from 11:30 to 15:00
Seasonal late-night dining:
Wednesday and Thursday til 19:00
